the automated assistant.
Setting a Specific Meeting Time
This section explains how you can set up a meeting in Microsoft Teams using a specific time of your choosing. Many will find that the default drop down times will be in half an hour increments which doesn't always fit the required needs.
1. Create the meeting as normal from the calendar tab of Teams.
2. Then in the time boxes click on the start time, it should go highlighted.
3. Once highlighted you can then proceed to type in the time in the following format "HH:MM AM/PM" NOTE: A Space between the time and AM/PM is required.
4. Then press the enter key
5. Proceed to follow steps 3 & 4 again for the end time.
This video below demonstrates Steps 3 & 4.

Set Teams Assignments to include Current & Future Students
This
article shows the crucial step needed to ensure that your Assignments are
dynamic and assign to newly added students to your class. This can happen
either as late admission or when set changes occur.
Step 1 - Create the Assignment in the usual ways. Click the Edit button as shown below:
Step 2 - Now ensure you have selected the
"Assign to all students added to this class in the future"
Step 3 - Now click Done and Save the assignment.
How to Leave a class Team
Please be sure that should you no longer need access to a Team then please use the “Leave the Team” option and NOT the “Delete the Team” option. Leaving a Team simply removes you from the team leaving it in place for both other Staff and Students. Deleting the Team is global and removes the team for everyone including students which will impact their ability to complete any assignments for that class! So if you are swapping any classes in departments and need to clear up your set of Teams, please only use the Leave option highlighted in yellow below.
